Metamorfosis cuerpos de mujeres persigue retratar fragmentos de cuerpos, específicamente bustos y pubis, de distintas edades que nos permite evidenciar el cambio físico que va dejando en el cuerpo el paso de los años, como las cicatrices de parto, accidentes, operaciones, cáncer, tatuaje, arrugas, cambios brusco de pesos y estrías. Estas mujeres han sido voluntarias y han posado ante la cámara con el afán de romper el estereotipo de belleza al que han sido relegadas y se atreven a derribar sus propios tabúes, miedo y vergüenzas que han arrastrado a lo largo de su vida. Estas mujeres han dejado fotografiar sus partes íntimas (senos y vaginas) con el afán de liberarse simbólicamente de sus ataduras y limitaciones físicas.

Metamorphosis women’s bodies aims to portray fragments of bodies, specifically busts and pubis, of different ages that allow us to show the physical changes that the passing of the years leave on the body, such as scars from childbirth, accidents, operations, cancer, tattoos, wrinkles, sudden changes in weight and stretch marks. These women have volunteered to pose for the camera in an effort to break the stereotype of beauty to which they have been relegated and dare to break down their own taboos, fears and shame that they have carried with them throughout their lives. These women have allowed their private parts (breasts and vaginas) to be photographed with the aim of symbolically freeing themselves from their physical constraints and limitations.
